Nothing is on sale yet. No purchase can currently be made, so no cancellation right has arisen for anyone. This page exists so the position is written down before that changes, rather than afterwards.
The intended consumer catalogue is Free £0, One Party $44 and Annual $377. Founding Lifetime and the former six-month plan are retired from sale. Checkout remains disabled, so these planned prices are not presently an offer that can be accepted.
These are settled product decisions, and they matter for cancellation because they determine when you actually start using what you bought:
So there is a real, meaningful gap between paid but not started and started. Between those two points you can keep previewing, editing, testing and preparing without using anything up.
What we have deliberately not done is pick the cancellation rule that suits us and present it as settled law.
Under UK consumer rules, how a distance purchase is treated depends on how it is properly classified — digital content and services are treated differently, and each carries its own conditions about what must be told to you and agreed by you before the usual 14-day cancellation right can be affected. Which classification correctly fits a bought-in-advance, activated-by-you, 48-hour event product is a question we intend to answer properly rather than guess.
Until that is settled, we are not publishing a cancellation rule, because publishing the wrong one would be worse than publishing none.
We do not intend paid-but-unused events to sit unused forever, and if a time limit ever applies it will be stated here and shown before purchase. No such limit exists today, because no purchase does.
